Point of Vape – Return Policy
Point of Vape allows returns or exchanges only within seven (7) days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. Any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned.
Final‑Sale Items
E‑liquids, flavour concentrates, disposable vapes, pods, coils, tanks, drip tips and all other consumables are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Clearance and promotional items are also final sale.
Restocking Fees and Refunds
All approved returns are subject to a 10 % restocking fee. Refunds are issued as store credit to your Point of Vape account and cannot be returned to your original payment method.
Orders returned because age verification fails will incur a 25 % restocking fee plus all shipping costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable. Use a trackable shipping service; Point of Vape is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Return Process

Contact us at Pointovape@gmail.com within seven (7) days of delivery, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Returns must be postmarked within the seven‑day window. Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the items.
Warranty
Hardware devices purchased from Point of Vape carry a 30‑day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Consumables, cosmetic wear, and damage from misuse are not covered.
Age Verification
A signature from a person at least 19 years of age is required at delivery. Orders returned due to failed age verification are subject to the restocking terms above
